An Aerospace Engineer with Boeing, Matthew currently serves as the lead engineer on the wiring for the first stage of NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) Rocket. His deep technical background and strategic mindset provide a solid foundation for managing the operational and financial aspects of the flight school.

Known by his callsign “The Cowan,” Matthew is also passionate about aviation beyond the numbers. He is in the process of forming the Boeing Flying Club, further connecting his professional engineering work to the world of flight training and community flying.
